Premier League Schools Cup

Norwich City teams compete well at the Emirates

Pupils from Robert Kett Junior School and Cliff Park High School had the chance of a lifetime last week when they competed at the Premier League Schools Cup Finals at the Emirates Stadium.

Having earned their spot at the Community Sports Foundation’s Schools Cup in March, the teams represented Norwich City against other Premier League teams on the pitch at Arsenal’s 70,000-seater stadium.

CSF Supports Food Revolution Day

Staff aim to eat better to aid performance in the workplace

Norwich City’s Community Sports Foundation has pledged to support Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution Day.

The aim of the day, which is held on the 19th May, is a chance for people who love food to come together to share information, talents and resources and to pass on their knowledge and highlight the world’s food issues.

Doug Gordon - Coast to Coast Walk

Doug completes his second fundraising activity for Sporting Light Appeal 

The Sporting Light Appeal has recently benefitted from another fantastic fundraising effort from Community Champion Doug Gordon, as he completed the Coast to Coast walk from St Bees, Cumbria to Robin Hood’s Bay in North Yorkshire.

The trip, which typically takes walkers 14 days from start to finish, was completed in a week as Doug and his friends averaged around 30 miles a day, covering over 200 miles in total.
